Rescheduling and/or Refunds
If you need to cancel a session, you must give at least 24 hour notice prior to your original scheduled time in order to be eligible for a refund. Please be respectful of my time and energy, last minute cancelations can be an inconvenience to me and other clients who may have wanted the time slot. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you risk the chance of losing your money and refund. I reserve the right to deny service or reading to anyone whom I feel is not coming from a place of integrity or being completely honest with me. Respect is a mutual understanding.
